Looks a bit dodgy from the outside but perfect little place to stay for a late night out. Booked room at extremely late notice (5mins before close) and they fitted us in, room was clean and well-decorated. Exactly what we wanted it for, and had no problems with noise or late entry. Definitely would stay here again
Very happy customer. The hotel is right by the Brighton beach. For the price paid, affordable, the room was clean and tidy, can't fault anything. Local to shops and short walk to the Brighton Pier. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
This little gem is currently undergoing some refurbishment (which is reflected in the price)but with this in mind our room was great with a fantastic view of the pier. Once the work is finished this hotel could command a higher price. The room was very clean and nicely decorated, the panelling gave it an expensive feel far from your usual chain hotel. The manager was very friendly and approachable, also he was very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely stay again and would really like to see it finished.
I had arrived early and I phoned up and I got an answer straightaway. The customer service was fast friendly and adapted to all my needs. John especially was so welcoming at our stay and I would recommend people to stay here. Literally not even a minute walk from the beach and our room had such a lovely view overlooking the pier and the seafront. And the rooms are so comfy and cosy
Loved my stay at the Willows Hotel! Beautiful room in Brighton overlooking the blue sea, and the staff are lovely - super accommodating and always there when you need, highly recommend staying at this hotel, I had a wonderful time

My stay at the Willows hotel in brighton was amazing, i am a regular that comes here often and it out-stands my expectations every single time. I highly recommend people to stay here as it’s an easy, cheap, convenient place to stay at here in Brighton.
Staff are very welcoming. Accidentally overpaid for the parking charge but was quickly sorted and refunded for us. They also allowed me to keep my car there the next morning until after we had lunch (Thank you! Parking in Brighton is so expensive.) Room and building were clean, very convenient location. The hot water takes quite some time to come through but other than that, I can't fault anything.
